  • Yoga matt or towel
  • Blankets and cushions

  • Pen and notepad.

The Inner Breath Workshop, ‘Mastering Mindful Breathing’: A Breathwork Workshop.

This 3-hour session is designed to guide you through the following:


1. Introduction and Welcome

   - Discuss the benefits and scientific basis of breathwork.

   - Explore the connection between breathwork and stress management, mental health, and productivity.


2. Ice Breaker Activity

   - Engage participants in a simple, enjoyable activity to foster a sense of community.


3. Breathwork Theory

   - Explore various breathing techniques (e.g., box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, alternate nostril breathing).


4. Guided Breathwork Practice

   - a 40-minute guided breathwork session.


5. Post-Breathwork Discussion

   - Shared experiences.


6. How to Integrate Breathwork into Daily Life

   - Discuss practical ways to incorporate breathwork into everyday routines.

   - Offer tips on using breathwork during stressful situations, for relaxation, or to enhance energy and focus.


7. Q&A Session

   - Allow participants to ask any questions about breathwork or sustaining the practice independently.
